If you’re interested in possibly working with us, here’s how it works.

Step 1:

First read up on who our ideal client is.We’re picky about who we work with (as you should be). See if we’re a match.

Our ideal client is…

  • a Coach or Consultant
  • an entrepreneur who feels chaotic and frustrated with their existing life and/or business (we’ll help relieve your chaos)
  • an entrepreneur with a vision of their dream online business (we looooove visionaries)
  • an entrepreneur who doesn’t procrastinate often and can meet deadlines (We’ll hold your hand on occasion, but need for you to be accountable for yourself more often than not)
  • an entrepreneur who isn’t always in “rush” mode (take a deep cleansing breath – focus on one thing at a time)
  • an entrepreneur who is passionate, excited, ready to get started (gotta love the passion of being CEO of your own business!)
  • an entrepreneur who is ready to take action (can’t get to your goal if you aren’t moving forward consistently)
  • an entrepreneur who is ready to make changes to their life and/or business (sometimes status quo just isn’t working – that’s where change kicks in)
  • an entrepreneur who is ready to not do everything alone, ready to focus on his/her talent and let others do the backend of the business (d-e-l-e-g-a-t-i-o-n)
  • an entrepreneur who is ready to have someone on their team that truly cares about him/her (the warm fuzzy feelins’… we’re good at that)

Step 2:

Schedule a complimentary 30-minute VA Strategy Session here. We’ll have a quick chat about your needs, our services and whether we would be a good match. If we’re not, we’ll give you some ideas on how to find it.

Step 3:

If we’re a good match, we’ll figure out which of our retainer plans best meets your current business support needs. If you would like to take a gander at our plans and pricing, visit here.

Step 4:

If we do decide to work together, here’s how it works:

  • You’ll receive a few legal documents to review and complete. I’m happy to review and complete any forms you may have as well.
  • You’ll pre-pay for your first month of service via credit card. We would either begin working together on the 1st or the 15th of the month, whichever works best for your budget and your schedule.
  • We’ll schedule your complimentary 60-minute strategy session to discuss your immediate needs and goals and implement action lists for us to work from.
  • We’ll go on a month long “date.” If we find either of us doesn’t want to continue working together during the first 30 days, either party may cancel at any time and unused hours will be reimbursed.
  • After 30 days, if we want to develop a long-term relationship, we’ll then process your retainer payment on the 1st or 15th of each month for the upcoming month’s work. We don’t roll over unused hours to the next month, but we do make every effort in our communications with you to ensure there are goals to achieve and action items to complete each month. We’ll also move to a rolling monthly arrangement where either party can cancel with a 30-day notice. All monies paid to date are considered “paid in full” and we’ll make sure your paid time is utilized to its fullest until your final day with us.
  • If you have a need to go beyond your retained hours for the month, and we have availability in our schedule, additional time will be discussed, approved and charged at our overage rate of $65/hour.
